No longer are we limited to 2D CAD drawings – plans, sections and elevations. Modern design tools include 3D modeling, BIM (Building Information Marketing), parametric design, Sun studies, Rendering, Animation, etc. A combination of these tools can allow the client to visualize their architectural design prior to construction.
Depending on the client’s needs, we can choose to develop a basic project using only 2D software. PROCEESS IN BUILDING YOUR VILLA
The process from start to the end can be broken down into 3 major stages
1. PROJECT DEFINITION
• The client explains what exactly is desired in terms of design.
• The contract between the consultant and owner is signed.
• Project is designed based on client needs; after several meetings, it is finalized.
2. PROJECT DEVELOPMENT
• Design is now finalized. All relevant drawings for submission start to develop.
• Detailed drawings are submitted to the concerned departments.
• Drawings are either approved, or returned by the authority for revision.
• Your Own will start construction, and the building permit is obtained.
3. PROJECT DELIVERY
• Contractor begins construction.
• Project manager (consultant) visits the site on different stages to ensure safety and to check for any
inconsistencies with reference to the drawings.
• Once construction is finished, Completion Certificate is obtained from the concerned authority.
