Your Own was first established in 2010. The company operates its business from Prime Tower, Business Bay, Dubai.

Your Own has a team of Architects, Project Managers, MEP Engineers & Interior Designers.

Your Own is a complete Turn‐Key solution company. Starting from all Government Approvals, on‐site, fit out works, DEWA to final Government completion certificates. All procedures are handled in – house. You will only be handed‐over the KEY for your completed office!!

We will give you a Schedule of Works Diagram, emails with updated pictures of work progress, regular phone calls and Site visits before any payments are made to us. A Project Manager will be assigned to your project and he will be your point of contact through‐out the fit out process.

Your Own has fitted out over 150 projects in Dubai in over 40 towers. Project sizes vary from 1000 sq ft to 35,000 sq ft. All our projects are fitted out from Shell & Core structure.
